Our group fitness timetable has a range of classes to suit all ages and fitness levels. For something upbeat try Aqua Attack, Boxing or Kimax - A high energy class utilising the skills and moves of boxing to achieve a full body workout. A great stress release. For something a little more moderate we have Aqua Movers, Tai Chi, Yoga or Oxigeno – this class will enhance your flexibility and mobility through a series of harmonious and flowing movements.

With a variety of classes to choose from and friendly qualified fitness instructors, we are sure to find the right class to help achieve your fitness goals.
